The mikeroweWORKS SkillsUSA Scholarship Luncheon 2014
This is the fourth year that the mikeroweWORKS Foundation has offered scholarship opportunities for members of SkillsUSA who have competed and placed first in their state association competition. To date, the Foundation has awarded 170 individuals $1,000 apiece to help defray travel costs for a total of $170,000!
Each year the mikeroweWORKS Foundation also invites its scholarship recipients to a luncheon, which was hosted again this year by mrW’s Vice President and Director of Operations, Tina Oswald. Meeting and connecting with these talented individuals further punctuates the importance of supporting those who are looking for a career in the skilled trades. Thanks to all who were able to attend. You are all winners!
